Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Dinezo restaurant management app and https://dinezo.business. By creating an account or using Dinezo, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business details you provide (including GSTIN and FSSAI number, where entered) and for keeping your account credentials secure. Verification codes sent by email or WhatsApp confirm you control the account.

Free trial and plans

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial with unlimited menu items, active orders, and checkouts. No card is required to start.
• After the trial, accounts move to the free plan: menu items and active orders remain unlimited, with a cap of 50 completed checkouts per calendar month.
• The Premium plan (₹149/month) removes the checkout cap. It renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Subscriptions are billed through Razorpay or Google Play Billing, depending on your platform.

Acceptable use

Dinezo is provided for legitimate restaurant and food-service billing operations. You agree not to use it to generate fraudulent receipts, evade applicable tax obligations, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

Your data

Your business and order data belongs to you. Optional Google Drive backups are encrypted with a passphrase you control; we cannot access or recover backups without it. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and why.

Hardware and printing

Dinezo supports a range of thermal, network, Bluetooth, and Windows-connected printers. We can't guarantee compatibility with every printer model, and are not responsible for hardware malfunctions outside the app itself.

Service availability

Core billing and order management run locally on your device and continue working without an internet connection. Features that depend on our servers — such as account sync, WhatsApp receipts, and subscription verification — require connectivity and may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or outages.

Disclaimer and liability

Dinezo is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

Termination

You may stop using Dinezo and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
