Every new Dinezo account gets a 7-day free trial with full access — unlimited menu items, unlimited active orders, and unlimited checkouts. No credit card is required to start.
Your account moves to the free plan automatically. Menu items and active orders stay unlimited, but you're limited to 50 completed checkouts per calendar month. Upgrading to Premium (from ₹349/month, or ₹2,999/year) removes the checkout cap entirely.
Dinezo supports thermal printers over USB, serial, Bluetooth, and LAN, as well as printers connected through the Windows print spooler. It also generates PDF invoices for printers that don't fit those categories.
Yes — you can back up and restore your data to your own Google Drive at any time, encrypted with a passphrase that only you set. Dinezo never has access to that key.
Billing and order management work locally on the device, so a temporary internet outage won't stop your counter from running.
